Musician gal pals were like back on the West Coast after a certain promotional events in New York City - like Britney Spears has made several appearances for his new album "Loud", and Katie spent the launch event for its newly launched fragrance "Purr".

Sighting came shortly after RiRi gave a very impressive gift for Perry and a new husband, Mark Russell, after missing their wedding in India.

An insider told the Sun, "Britney Spears has not stopped apologizing since the wedding day. She told Katie she was racking her brain on how to do it to them. She knows how much Katie loves to Tokyo, so this way she can give them a trip they will always remember."
