Cindy desired to become an architect when he was living in Paraguay along with her brother. When he moved back to the US, he was noticed by photographer Jesus Roman & that was the beginning to her modeling career.
Soon after, he signed with Irene Marie Models & began modeling for them. Cindy graced the covers of journal like Esquire, Ocean Drive, Shape Journal, Loft Journal, Mens Journal, Vanidades & Glamour.
In 2002, he replaced Brooke Burke as the host of travel series Wild On!, on the E! Entertainment Tv channel.
