Each cell in the human body is dependent on why it is important to the recommended daily dose every day. High protein diet that is low in carbohydrates and low in fat is thought to promote weight loss, because the metabolic effect of the protein. It is the highest heat index in 20-30% of all products. This means that energy is used during the digestion and absorption of protein is 20-30% more than the energy content (heat) of food. It takes more energy (heat) to digest and absorb protein into energy (heat) it contains. In other words, the living resources to take advantage of stored energy, fat, doing the work of digestion. Therefore, a high protein diet leads to fat loss.
